You will have access to a personalised app where you will be able to access sample menus personalised around your likes, dislikes, allergies and preferences.
I will give you a personalised calorie target specific to you and your goals, this will also include a protein and fibre target
You will be able to check in fortnightly with your weight, measurements and how you are feeling through a private app
You will have accountability and support from me
You will also be given a high protein recipe book for new ideas to ensure you don't get bored!
